After hundreds of coaching conversations with emerging and senior leaders, Colleen was struck by the number of people who felt emotionally disconnected from their work and genuinely stuck in thinking about what to do next. It was through the experience of helping others navigate themselves to more meaningful work, that Colleen realized her own purpose: to help others uncover their 'why' and plan to achieve their career goals. As a Certified Executive Coach, Colleen has coached hundreds of early, mid-career and senior level individuals, enabling them to identify their strengths, values, goals and plan the next steps to their success. Colleen brings over 20 years of experience in HR and Talent Management, stemming from a variety of progressive roles in Management Consulting and Financial Services. 


Colleen began her career with a Leadership Development firm, quickly moving into senior level business development and consulting roles. After returning from her second maternity leave, Colleen decided to round out her experience by moving into industry and took a senior level talent management role for one of Canada's big banks. In this role she served as a Special Advisor to Executives and Emerging Talent, coaching talent, leading talent roundtable discussions, devising talent strategies and overseeing senior executive succession plans. From this position, Colleen moved into a role leading the enterprise-wide career strategy and annual succession management program. Colleen holds an Honours BA from York University (major in Psychology and History), a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Sheridan College and an Executive Coaching Certification from Royal Roads University. Over the course of 14 years in Management Consulting, Colleen gained deep expertise in the field of Talent Management and an understanding of a wide variety of industries through partnering with clients big and small. Her subsequent experience in the corporate world grounded her in the realities and complexities of working within and navigating a large organization, affording her a unique combination of best practice knowledge and a pragmatic approach. 

On a personal note, Colleen is the mother of two active girls and has made a number of career changes both before and after her own maternity leaves. Becoming a parent greatly impacted Colleen's perspective on career, and brought the realization that every minute away from her kids needed to be meaningful! Feeling disconnected from her own purpose working in a large organization, Colleen decided to leverage her combined management consulting and corporate HR experience to pursue her dream of helping others align who they are, with what they do. Colleen is most commonly known for her innate ability to ask powerful questions that serve as a catalyst for deep revelation and change.
